Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to consultations and digital products purchased from Strainingvitalen in the United States.

Consultation Sessions

You may cancel a scheduled session at least 24 hours before the start time for a full fee credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the session fee unless we can reallocate the time slot.

If we cancel a session, you may choose a reschedule or a full refund of amounts paid for that session.

Digital Products

Downloadable PDFs and planners are non-returnable once delivered, except where a file is defective or inaccessible. Report issues within 7 days of purchase with your order reference.

Approved refunds for digital goods are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Quarterly Plans

Unused check-ins in a quarterly plan may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you notify us in writing before the second scheduled check-in. Fees for completed sessions are not refundable.

Email infocenter@strainingvitalen.world with your name, purchase date, and reason. We respond within 5 business days.
